Your reviews, decoded.
A five-star review can hide a three-star cleanliness score. MyGuestMap's host dashboard reads your whole Airbnb review history and shows you — property by property — what guests are really telling you.

Every listing, ranked by what needs attention.
Built from the data Airbnb already gives you: category scores, structured review tags, and the written reviews themselves — aggregated across years, not read one at a time.
Weakest category first
Each property's cleanliness, value, accuracy, check-in, communication and location scores, ranked worst-first, with the weakest category flagged. You see in one glance which listing needs attention and why.
Direction, not just averages
A 4.6 average means something different if it used to be 4.9. Year-by-year trends show whether a new cleaner, a renovation, or plain aging is moving your scores — and in which direction.
Airbnb's own tags, aggregated
Airbnb tags reviews with specific issues — dusty floors, noise, hard-to-find entrance. One tag is a guest's opinion; twenty-seven of the same tag on one property is a fact. The dashboard counts them per listing.
What guests praise — in their words
The same tags work in reverse: if hundreds of guests mention easy check-in or a walkable neighborhood, that's your listing copy and your marketing, already written and quantified.
Three steps, no connection to your Airbnb account.
Request your data from Airbnb
Airbnb will email you a download of your own data, including every review you've received. It's free and takes a few minutes to request. Follow the guide.
Upload the reviews file
Create a free account and upload the reviews JSON from your export. Years of reviews across any number of listings import in seconds.
Read your dashboard
Scores, trends, issues and strengths per property. Give your listings friendly names, and re-upload whenever new reviews arrive — your names are kept.
Your performance data is yours alone.
The public guest map and the host dashboard are separate. Nothing you upload to the dashboard appears on any public page, and Airbnb's internal identifiers are never displayed anywhere. We never ask for your Airbnb login.
How your upload is handled
- ✓Stored privately, visible only when you're signed in
- ✓Re-uploading replaces your data; nothing accumulates silently
- ✕Never shown on the public guest map
- ✕No Airbnb login or account connection — just a file you already own
